1. Overview
This website is operated by Leon Price ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted here is the one that applies to your order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment method you use belongs to you and that the information you give us is accurate.
3. Products and availability
Products are described as accurately as we can manage. Colors, print finishes and screen renderings may differ slightly from the physical item.
We may change or discontinue any product at any time, limit quantities, or refuse any order. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will be refunded in full.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. We are not obliged to honor a price that was displayed due to an obvious error.
Payment is processed by third-party providers. We do not store your card details.
Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees on international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Printed items and delivery
Printed books are produced on demand in the United States and the United Kingdom and shipped from the facility closest to the delivery address where possible.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, delays caused by the carrier, customs or an incorrect address given at checkout are outside our control.
6. Digital products
Ebooks, audiobooks and digital archive files are delivered immediately after purchase.
When you buy a digital product you receive a personal, non-transferable license to read or listen to it for your own use. You may not copy, resell, share, upload, distribute, translate, or make it publicly available in whole or in part, and you may not use it to train any machine learning system.
Digital products are non-refundable once delivered. By completing your order you agree to immediate access and waive any right of withdrawal for digital items.
7. Returns
Returns on printed items are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
All text, cover art, emblems, photographs, video, audio and page design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Nothing here may be reproduced, republished or used commercially without written consent.
Leon Price is a pen name and is used as a trade name. Unauthorized use of it is prohibited.
9. Content disclaimer
The books and materials sold here are published for general informational and educational purposes.
Nothing in them is financial, investment, tax, legal or professional advice, and nothing in them should be treated as a recommendation to make or avoid any financial decision. We are not financial advisers and no advisory relationship is created by your purchase.
